Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  consult me in my clinic or consult me by direct online consultation by sending photos as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment

Venusia Max lotion or Cetaphil lotion or Aquasoft lotion or Episoft lotion can be used if it is just routine dryness. however an examination would be needed to make sure there is no other coexisting condition awesome other underlying cause for the increased dryness. The severity of acne dictates the choice of treatment. In the early grades of acne even the cream might suffice however in moderate to higher grades tablets also need to be taken. The treatment has to be continued for a few months otherwise the pimples would tend to return easily. Kindly do not self medicate without professional advice as that could further damage your skin. Acne tendency tends to persist for a few years and until then it has to be treated. Also in females if there are irregular mensus a hormonal evaluation should be done ; BECAUSE when females have underlying hormonal issue they don't respond effectively to just acne treatment and additional treatment is needed. Between the 2nd to 5th day of your menstrual cycle get your S.FSH and S.LH blood test done along with USG (sonography) of your pelvis to check for ovarian cysts. you can follow up with me once you have the reports by meeting directly(preferably) or through online private consultation. Get an online consult privately with pictures or meet a dermatologist directly for a proper evaluation of the condition. Hope this was helpful.
