I have been on isotroin 20 mg twice daily I apply BP 4% in morning and retina 0.04% night but I still some acne come out so should I continue taking isotroin as I have been on it for 6 months

The total dosage of isotretinoin is based on your body weight which is not provided. Discuss the same with the doctor who started it and he will be able to help you. Typical duration is between 5 - 9 months based on the weight and dosage taken.
