Pimples acnes and dullness on face
I had started using panderm+ 1 month ago in the strtng it has given vry gud rslt i became fair but later there are so mch pimples or acnes i dnt know wht it is came on my face actly these are red and like pimples they dont look they jst leave the mrks or remain with ame redness and when stopped using that cream they Are still coming on my face infact now my my face has become so much dull and dark now what should i do??

Aclind Gel / Faceclin Gel / D’ACNE Plus gel for application twice daily over affected area. For Marks (spots) - DUCRAY Photoscreen Depigment Cream / Demelan cream for application once in a week at night (very little over marks only) For face wash Rejuglow Facewash/ Episoft OC Cleanser/ Saslic DS Wash. Tab. Limcee 500mg once daily for one month. Tab. Ascazin twice daily for one month. Combination peels can be performed by a dermatologist in order to improve pimples , marks and scars . Blood test for serum Insulin Fasting (F) & Postprandial (PP) Foe dullness face:-Increase intake of water & citrus fruits . Sun protection is important . Photostable Gel SPF40 / BIODERMA Photoderm AKN Mat SPF30 / La Roche Posay Anthelios XL SPF 50 Dry Touch as sunscreen to be applied half an hour before sun exposure. Apply Biluma Cream/ Melaglow Rich cream for application once at night for 2 months.

You have what is known as PIH or post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. 1. Sunscreen and sunprotection- this forms the absolute cornerstone of management. You need to be on this for the duration of any treatment . 2. Apply a kojic acid cream for at least 8 weeks. 3. Chemical peels such as glycolic acid can help. You will need 4-7 treatments over the next few months. 4. Vitamin A such as tretinoin can help. The best treatment is a combination of the above.
