Pimple on face, hair loss

I am a boy of age 19.I have pimples,red heads and pimple marks all over my face and forehead, and my hairline is also receding. Its been 3 year since my pimples started. Please help

Pimples are common in your age and can recur till the age of 25. Wash with cetaphil cleansing lotion and apply benzoyl peroxide gel at bedtime. For hair loss use minoxidil 5% foam at bedtime over affected area for 6 months.
