Mam that can be a boil or furuncle .there is no need for incision and drainage .you can consult a homoeopath and there are lots of medicines which will remove the pus and the pimple without resorting to any surgical means

Hello, if pus is coming out of breast then its infection with abcess formation, for small abcess antibiotics are sufficient but large one need to be opened and drained , you consult general surgeon in the nearest hospital ,local examination is required
