Pimple and their spots
I use a pimple clear face wash but after udsge I found old pimples go and continuously new pimples are coming, it increases with the increase of that face wash usage, the new pimples are more big and painful than the old ones.

Hi
You seem to be having physiological acne. This acne is due to underlying hormonal or lifestyle issues and is common at your age. Use a ph balanced salicylic acid face wash twice a day for three weeks. Try application of clindoxyl gel at bedtime.
Please avoid junk foods and smoking. Exercise regularly and drink plenty of water. Avoid picking at your pimples to minimise the risk of scarring. If not better then you need oral antibiotics as well as retinoids to help you.
