Hello, you seem to be having multiple problems. Acne and spots will require treatment with oral and topical medications. you can undergo chemical peeling as well to enhance the results. As for hair, you should take a multivitamin /biotin supplement which will improve the texture of your hair gradually. use a mild shampoo and a conditioner. always remember, your skin and hair are a reflection of your inner health, so, diet and following a healthy lifestyle is of paramount important.
