Piles types and treatment
Problem of piles occurs before delivery but due to that condition no treatment was done. But now after delivery it's 2 months gone problem persists. Could be it is right time to have surgery or band piles treatment? Please help.

First you need to confirm your diagnosis,if it is anal fissure following delivery associated with constipation,most of the cases resolve with dietary modifications and laxatives.but if that’s hemorrhoids and you are losing blood in stools ,it’s better to get operated to prevent post natal anemia.
