Rectal prolapse means descend of rectum through anus.  Piles means descend of blood cushions. Surgical correction of rectal prolapse is not problem free. Constipation and recurrence are common after surgery.  For  your issues, either personal examination or consulting the surgeon who operated on u  will help.
