Looks like i've piles..i find pea like things all over my anus.it hurts after bowel movement and sometimes blood comes.please suggest me some medicines which i can use..ointment & tablets

1st confirm whether it's present always or retracts after defecation , as per ur history it seems like u could be hemorrhoids, for initial purposes u can start tab. Venusmin(300) 1 tab TDs for 15 days wth isaphgol at night , and observe the swellings Get well soon :)
