Piles, also known as haemorrhoids, are swollen veins and muscle around your anus or in your anal canal. Your anal canal is a short, muscular tube with blood vessels that connects your rectum (back passage) with your anus. Piles can develop when this tissue becomes swollen, possibly as a result of straining on the toilet. Sometimes, piles can be painful and bleed if they become damaged. Avoid spicy food, oily food, fast/junk food, nonveg diet for few weeks. Have enough liquids in your routine schedule(3 to 4 litres a day) Take these medication for relieving pain and blood loss if any, consult us as soon as possible for any treatment queries and further guidelines. Hope this answers your question. 1)Arshakuthar vati 500mg twice day 2) kankayan vati 500 mg twice day 3) Abhayarishta 20 ml after meals with water twice day Feel free to consult privately for any queries or treatment guidelines. Thank you.

You are having late 2nd stage internal hemorrhoid. This problem can be conveniently cured by Graded Ksharsutra TM treatment. This treatment involves ligation of piles by a medicated thread so that the pile mass gets gradually detached by its own in a week or 10 days. This is a non surgical procedure. Hospitalization or bed rest is usually not required. For more info visit http://ayurcure.com/piles-treatment.aspx

You need immediate surgical attention.. Consult nearest surgeon for clinical examination as treatment depends upon clinical grading The following is a quick summary of treatment for internal hemorrhoids by grade: Grade 1 hemorrhoids are treated with conservative medical therapy and avoidance of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and spicy or fatty foods Grade 2 or 3 hemorrhoids are initially treated with nonsurgical procedures Very symptomatic grade 3 and grade 4 hemorrhoids are best treated with surgical hemorrhoidectomy Treatment of grade 4 internal hemorrhoids requires prompt surgical consultation..
