Piles (no surgery)
Sir i have piles grade 2 and its very irritating and bit of itching too. Pain is always there cant even sit or stand properly.. very embarassing for me to tell anyone. Is it cureable in ayurveda. Please help

Grade 2 piles usually present with painless bleeding and mass protruding out per rectum during defecation. However when inflamed or infected; pain may be noticed there.
