Piles in 6th month of pregnancy
Hi I'm 31 years old and 6 months pregnant. I got piles a month ago and two weeks back saw general surgeon. He asked to sitz bath and gave stool softener. Also gave wokadine ointment. But two weeks passed and it's not decreasing. Initially only peanut sized one lump was there around anus . Now it's around anus ( image attached ) . I'm not having constipation. I'm not spending time in toilet also. Eating good amount of fibres and drinking water. As I'm pregnant I'm worried why this is increasing. Please help. I don't want to do any surgery. Any medication there to reduce this ? Or will it go sway??

Piles usually worsen towards the third trimester due to pressure effect. They decrease in size 1-2 months after delivery. You can wait it out if it’s not bleeding. Till then avoid being constipated as it will worsen it.
