Piles/fissures
Is there any good medicine to help me deal with constipation.... i am suffering from piles or may be fissures so passing stool is v v difficult ... plz suggest a good medicine other then the laxative syrups, they don't help much, i tried taking psyllium husk also but it wasn't much effective...

Treatment of CONSTIPATION, piles and Fissure is not that simple.
These need proper evaluation for best treatment.
Diet and lifestyle are most important. High fibre diet salads green vegetables fruits sprouts. Plenty of fluids.
