U r 45,piles can b treated successfully by Ayurveda.U will have to take medicine for 6 months for permanent cure.Ksharsutra along with Panchkarma and oral Ayurveda medicine will do magic in such condition.

In most of the PILES cases surgery is not at all required.... and recurrence is very high in case of surgical intervention.
02-03 month oral medication is sufficient to eradicate the problem ( ksharsutra is not required in your case).... but to plan a perfect treatment, an on call conversation is very much required ( after discussion, you may be sent medicines through courier if required)
