Piles and fistula
Hi, I have piles and fistula. Is a single surgery enough to cure both these, or each need different surgery?

Hi, piles and fistula are different problems. Surgery is different for both piles and fistula. But both can be done at a time or by giving some interval between two. It depends on surgeon , severity of case, and clinical findings. Leave that decision to your treating surgeon. Take soft diet, drink 3-4 liters of water per day, avoid spicy food outside food, junk foods, etc take fiber rich diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits, etc. Consult general surgeon for furthur evaluation and treatment.
