Piles 5/9mm in utrus end

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hello My Wife age 28 , in sonografy A black spot detected in utrus end area , down side .. she pregnent but due to non devlopment of child .we did abortion...so now pile or black spot with pregnency can be dangerous or safe ??? aftr removing Pile in how much time we can carry ?? Thanks
