Hello,my 5months old daughter has cold,cough and wheezing. Doc told that it's due to phlegm and another doc told it's due to swallowing of soap water.which one is right? Is there any home remedy?

Did the baby swallow soap water? Since the baby is 5 months old we need to check and suggest home remedies.
