Phlegm in throat since 1 month

Hello dr iam suffering from phlegm in my throat since 1 month ..already i have taken sinarest for 15 days and alerfix for 15 days but no results and iam feeling like phlegm falling from nose back side and stuck on throat so please suggest what to do...
