  4. Phimosis maybe. Tell me what to do.

Phimosis maybe
A few weeks ago I noticed lightening of some part of foreskin in the interior of penis. I also noticed that during an erection my foreskin has become tight and I am not able to pull it down much below the glans, the head. Please tell me what to do.
