Phimosis infection
I am a 36 years male having Phimosis infection for the last 7-8 months. I haven't tried any medication yet, rather just washing the foreskin 2-3 times a day but it is not helping. Smegma keeps building and there is too much irritation. Not able to enjoy sex either as foreskin doesn't stretch and causes pain. I'm diabetic too.Please help and advise.
