In some girls with PCO ...The follicles come with great difficulty..Hence the tables and injections. Anyways discuss all this with your gynaecologist... She'll be able to explain. Don't worry All the best.

Is there a problem with the number of follicles or their growth. Women with low ovarian reserve have less number of follicles and need injns for their growth. On the other hand women with PCOS have many follicles but still have a problem with their growth.
Next Steps

Health Tips
If it is PCOS, need not worry too much, you stand a great chance of conceiving. If it is poor ovarian reserve be a little more alert and take help of fertility treatment to conceive
