I am a pure vegetarian 28 yrs old, height 5.5' and weight 60kg. Tried multiple times to gain weight but worthless...I eat on time and also take healthy food like almonds, dates, ghee etc but my weight remains same.
Also want to know more about BMI and related things...Please help me out.

Try performing some light exercises like swimming and yoga which improves appetite and also helps in gaining weight. More over foods like banana, ghee, cheese etc help in improving weight.
