Permanent nose congestion
I have to breath heavily to inhale through my right side of nose. No matter which season it is..I feel it being choked or u can say not free as my left nose is all the time specially when I lay down at night.

I can understand your concern.
You can use rhine nasal spray as of now and take steam inhalations thrice a day.
If it still persists, consult a ENT SPECIALIST IN PERSON FOR FURTHER EVALUATION AND MANAGEMENT. He will help you.
