Asked for Male, 25 Years

Is hair grown on bald patches due to male pattern by mesotherapy or by prp or by minoxidil morr 5% is permanent?Like the new hair grown will remain throughout the lifetime after stopping the medication or will shed down as the procedure is stopped? If so then what is the permanent way to get hair without getting trouble of continuing medication entire life?
