I get delayed periods and very much pain when my date comes. What can i do to get rid of pain and delays in my date.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Irregular periods needs to be checked out.
So get them checked out by a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
Tab. Supracal pro once a day after food for a month.
