Periods late
Hello doctors, my cycle length is usually 30-33 days and my last period was on 29/10/24. I havent got my period till now and there are very less period cramps unlike past months although i do have a little bloating. But vaginal discharge has reduced pretty much and there is no nausea or frequent urination. I had unprotected copulation on 8/11/24 , which is not in my fertile window. I did a urine pregnancy test today and it came negative. Am i panicking and should i wait a little more for my periods? I'm stressed idk why, because of less cramps

You should get your beta HCG level done. When your periods are irregular then the calculation of the safe zone may go haywire.

You can do BetaHCG  test to confirm If negative then either wait for few days more or take medicine to get your period.
