Periods in drops of light

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Offlate my wife s periods are irregular. This month she got periods but very few drops and just for a day. I have azoospermia but we are sexually active. What could be the cause. She normally gets periods between 19th and 22nd but still she didn't get this time. Just drops of light blood.
