Periods are missing but stomach pain
Periods are missing from last 12 days. Done urine test at home using prega news kit and it is showing single dark pink line. But she is suffering from stomach pain and something like vomiting.

Do a serum BetaHCG test to confirm pregnancy. Pain abdomen vomitting and missed periods can also be ectopic pregnancy dear. Do ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness at a nearby scan centre
