Periods are 12 days late now
Hi, my date is 28th but it is 11 now and I haven't got my periods yet. I have done pregnancy test as well which came out negative. They could delay 2-3 days but have not delayed these many days ever. Could you please suggest what could be the reason?

Repeat pregnancy test , if negative take withdrawal medicines.
If periods are regularly getting delayed you need to meet a specialist to get yourself tested for different hormones like TSH , prolactin and also an ultrasound to exclude PCOD.

If pregnancy test is not applicable or negative take Tablet Meprate 10 mg twice a day for 5 days

You will get your periods after you stop taking the medication after 7 days
Drink lots of water and fruits juice
Sleep for 8 hours at bedtime with light off
Take a boiled egg daily
