Period flow very light
Doctor this tym my period flow is so light and period  color change on 3 rd day I only use 1 pad a day  on 1and 2 day I got clots but after that does not get blood cloat on 5 th day my period blood looks like brown orange why my period flow is so less and I does not sex from last six month and I lose 4 kg weight and I Start some sports exercise from last two month is it normal to get very light period pls teel why my period colour is different this tym

Colour doesn't matter The only pathological reason fr a scanty period would be deranged thyroid levels Get it checked
