Period confusion
I have extremely short periods, 2 and half days to 3 days, I have extreme pain reaching nausea and diarrhea , pre and during ans I barely bleed. If it wasn't a hygiene issue I wouldn't need to change my pad for the entire duration

That's normal if ur not overweight n ur thyroid levels are normal
Get an ultrasound done to find out the reason fr the pain
