Period again after one week period

Asked for Female, 20 Years

There are bloods came out week after my period. It bleeds just like having a period. A day before i bleed i feel like fainting. I didnt bleed at night. Next day i bleed again and feel headache. Im under heavy pressure when i got this. What happen to me
