You can repeat the test in 3-4 days, if still negative, can take medication to induce periods. However, you need some blood tests and possibly scan to understand the reason
Since the pregnancy test is negative you can connect for a prescription to help you get your periods understanding that a delay of more than 7 days is abnormal
Also you should get your thyroid levels rechecked because deranged thyroid levels are an important reason for the late periods
Thyroid disturbance can also lead to a delay in periods. Apart from this, a delay in periods could be due to stress, early pregnancy (urine pregnancy test might be negative), body weight changes or hormonal issues like PCOS.
Next Steps
Consult a Gynecologist for further testing. If pregnancy is definitely ruled out, you will be prescribed medicine to induce your periods
Health Tips
