Perianal abscess treatment without surge
Hi Doctor, As I have taken fissure in ano surgery 5years before, now perianal abscess is formed near Anus. Doctor advised for scanning. Scanning report is There is a small thick walled abscess 15/12mm extending to perianal region. 6'o clock position Abt 13mm deep to anal verge. No obvious mass in rectum, no evidence of deep Para rectal region.
