Penis Head not covering by foreskin
Hi. Earlier I thought my Penis Head doesn't come out from foreskin while erection but when I intimated with my partner so head came out properly but now in normal condition (not erection )penis head is not getting covered with the foreskin and head is just out whole time. Please tell me if this is normal or do I need to do anything .

I guess its frenulum tear. Maybe you were either having Phimosis or frenulum breve. https://sidriinternational.in
