Penis foreskin closed
My penis foreskin covered and unable to bring it down. Unable to urinate fully at a time.. feel always some more stagnant. What treatment is required. I have diabetes.. is that causing this?

Phimosis, as it is called, is when the foreskin cannot be withdrawn back. Since you have diabetes also, it is more prudent to get it treated as it can cause infection due to stagnant urine and discharges. Most coditions are treated surgically by a minor procedure which will cure the problem forever

Good afternoon  ..inability to retract the foreskin of penis is due to various reasons ,problem can be corrected by medicines or sometimes may require surgery ,we need to examine the affected area through photos or directly so that proper treatment can be given
