Penis balls are swollen
Hi Doctors,
From 2 days one of my penis balls has started swelling and swelled a lot till now.T today penis was also swollen.
Although it's a painless swelling. And on outer skin of penis ball small rough surface like pimples have come out.
Should I see the doctor or naturally the swelling will decrease?
And if to see, which specialist doctor?

Without seeing how can we know what exactly it is.
So without knowing what it is we cannot say if it will go by its own or not.
