Penis and pelvic pain,light white dots
From 1 week i am getting penis pain and pelvic pain suddenly and there are white dots on penis.No sexual activities performed .Even some burning sensation. plz tell what it is as i am attaching picture.and also facing erectile dysfunction.Did ultrasound and its normal.please kindly need your advice.
