Sir, i have small clusters of lumps on head of penis, and i have pain and pining allover penis, in chronically, am 32 years, is it early symptoms of penile cancer?

I would suggest a proper examination by urologist. Most common condition is benign lesion. However if its a viral infection or other condition , it needs escalation of investigations
