Penile meatus swelling
Last month, after masturbating, glans of my penis got irritated and red. Also, opening of urethra (meatus) became swollen and irritated and looking like lips. After that, sometimes it's normal, sometimes it becomes itchy and irritated at the swollen meatus. Glans skin also sometimes looks normal, sometimes red and inflamed. No problem of pain and inflammation during urination. Sometimes glans smell fishy. Sometimes groin area also got inflammation. When erected, some swelling is visible at the opening of urethra. I am not sexually active for last 5 months. Took 250mg azythromicin for 5 days but got temporary relief only and problem got back in intervals. Any help? Pic attached
