My son 3.3 year old has running nose n viral fever every now n then from last 2 year. We have shown doctor they prescribed medicine but it does not look to be effective. For viral fever they give ibugesic n for cough n cold .. pls advice

Viral fever are very common during early childhood, play group age they will naturally subside by age of 5 or 6 year, have faith in your doctor nothing more than symptomatic treatment is required.

hello der for viral fever symptomatic treatment should be given.....ur doctors treatment is absolutely correct.....viral fever with or without treatment will be der for almost a wk....kindly have faith in ur doctor. ...if symptoms does not subside consult paediatrician for further evaluation and treatment.
