Hi,
I have PCOS but I never gained weight. I am just 46 kg being a 5'3" girl. Infact I lose weight easily.
So now I read everywhere that we should go gluten and dairy free, if I do that i think i am gonna be severely underweight.
What should I do? Please help.

It is not recommended to go completely gluten free for curing PCOS. Good food habits and healthy dietary intake are always the best strategy to counter PCOS especially in your case where u have not gained much weight.

Yours might b a case of lean pcos. There is no compulsion that all symptoms of pcos must b present in single person.
Restricting Gluten and lactose is needed only in case of intolerances.

Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits andgreengram sprouts everyday.
Substitute millets for rice.
Avoid fastfood,preserved food,bakeryfoods,masalaspicy foods,oily foods.
Walk,exercise,yoga everyday for one hour.
Sleep leisurely for six hours min.at night.

Gaining weight is only a symptom of pcos- not every case will gain weight. Gluten and dairy free diets are not very practical in the Indian culture and following such diets depends on the severity of your pcos. It should be done strictly under guidance, not by reading online.
