Wan use herbal life (nutrition)product for weight reduction ...since my frdz r experincing good results with it....i am facing pcod problem...is it safe to use???or any risk???

no product whether herbal or not are safe to reduce weight.
Next Steps
do regular cardiac excercise daily for half an hour and in diet avoid rice, sweets, deep fried foods and junk foods. take more of protein like egg milk, pulses and vegetables salad, soup and lots of water in your daily regime. this will help you to reduce weight

I believe tat s a auyrvedic product so docs like me who practice modern medecine wil not be able to giv a green signal for a product about which v hav no knowledge regarding its content but however regular exercise diet n lifestyle modification wil giv u good result n pcos related wt gain problems u can meet ur doc to get ideal medication which wil control pcos n der by ur excess et gain. All d best
