PCOD problem
Hi , I am diagnosed with PCOD last month on 16th, last month I got periods on 13th, I didn't miss my periods before, my thyroid was normal,prolactine was 23.6, this month I was supposed to get my periods on 13th, usually I used to get periods after 32 or 33 days, this time on 14th I found spotting, but bleeding didn't start, I am tensed allot, I had started going for walking since doctor had asked me to reduce weight and I have started taking homeopathy treatment for this and been on medication from 3 weeks, what's happening to me? I never had spotting like this before, I used to get normal periods, taking medicines caused this problem? Please help me

Hello ma'am, You don't have to worry about this problem at all. What you're doing is perfectly normal. PCOS has become common these days with occurrence rate of 30% especially in working women aged 18-45 years. Daily exercise and homeopathic treatment is more than sufficient to cure your PCOS. And medicine doesn't cause such a problem. It's caused by Hormonal changes in the body. There's no need to worry at all.
