Polycystic ovary syndrome is a condition in which the endocrine system is disrupted and blood flow to hormones is compromised. This causes difficult-to-manage symptoms like weight gain, unwanted hair, infertility, and irregular menstrual cycles
Next Steps
1.Set a reasonable goal for weight loss. Losing weight is often recommended for women who are diagnosed with PCOS. However, you do not need to lose a ton of weight to see improvements in your condition. Even losing 10% of your body weight may help to correct the hormonal issues that are causing your PCOS.

Homeopathy definitely has a better role in problems associated with PCOD & Thyroid. You need to be under the supervision of a Homeopathy and follow treatment religiously without breaks.... It's not necessary that every PCOD pt is associated with Thyroid trouble....but there is a definitive underlying hormonal imbalance..
Next Steps
Focus on consistent weight loss not for temporary.... Understand what is Weight and work for it rather than just doing something.
Health Tips
Herbalife is a good proven product but when used in specific people it must be supervised under a doctor for pts having hormonal changes, suspected thyroid and PCOD.
