Pcod & blockage in Fallopian tube
I am 27 yrs married women & house wife. My height is 5.3 & weight 85 kgs. I have been married since 7.5 yrs. Due to pcod & blockage in Fallopian tube (one side) unable to conceive. I take medicines daily for thyroid, asthma (inhaler) & pcod related medicines. I want to join swimming class 1 hr daily. Can you guide me 1) if I am going to face any health issues like asthma attack during or after swimming or any other health issues. 2) How long should I continue with swimming. Thank you,

If you have asthma, it could be dangerous to go for swimming. You should adopt another form of exercise to lose weight.
