I am 30 years old newly married women and I am diagnosed with pcod since 6 years. I want to know what kind of diet should I follow specifically so that I can get pregnant without any complications

Hi Well balanced diet,  moderate to high fiber from food daily, low carb moderate plant protein low fat dairy to be followed.. Small frequent meals with limited portion sizes, enough hydration to body, can take 1 TSP ghee in dal daily, buttermilk,  nuts of almonds and walnuts, seeds of pumpkin, watermelon and sunflower, chia , flaxseeds, til seeds, all season based fruits and vegetables, whole pulses unpolished ones, unpolished brown rice not less than 100 gm and not more than 300 gm for diabetics, more of gourd family vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables,.. Only home cooked food..with more fiber from foods.. Not much to roots and tuber vegetables.. Healthy lifestyle choices like exercises both morning and evening like brisk walking for 30 to 45 mins any one time..active lifestyle, no to sedentary kind of lifestyle, no to outside chemically processed and packaged foods , ready meals, instant ready to eat foods all to be avoided completely.. MAIN STAY:-  Nutrient dense small portioned frequent meals, good fiber intake from food, enough water intake per day, exercises both morning and evening, hone cooked food in healthy way, exposure to sun, stress free life with positive attitude, Low GI foods, complex carbs with limited intake, plant proteins and low fat, good sleep, early dinner, broken wheat upma for night's dinner are all essential to reverse PCOS / PCOD in most natural healthy way..leading to healthy conception and there on without any side effects or complications..

Ample fruits,vegetables,greengram sprouts,milk milk products,dry fruits are good nourishing food. Physical activities as walking playing sports,yoga are all good to keep urself fit and healthy. Drink enough water everyday 2-3 ltrs per day Sleep leisurely for atleast six hrs at night.
