PCOD and fimbrial block
Hi my wife is detected PCOD and bilateral fimbrial blockage as per doctor we need to go through laparoscopy and if fimbrial blcok observed we have to go for test tube baby.
So, pls suggest.

Hi, As per which investigation it is fimbrial block? HSG. If so then we need to go for laparoscopy with hysteroscopy, which will give us definitive answer. If fimbrial blocks, they can try for cannulation in same sitting. If it opens then you can try naturally. If block remains same, then think of test tube baby. All the best!
