Surgery has a greater chance of success than ivf. Try to open the bickering by laparoscopy. If not then ivf is the final solution

Hi, As per which investigation it is fimbrial block? HSG. If so then we need to go for laparoscopy with hysteroscopy, which will give us definitive answer. If fimbrial blocks, they can try for cannulation in same sitting. If it opens then you can try naturally. If block remains same, then think of test tube baby. All the best!
