PCM dose for my baby
What is usual dose of paracetamol for children as per body weight. Is paracetamol use is safe for kids

If your baby is less than two years old, give him Syp PCM 3 ml BD. Between 3-5 years give Syp PCM 5 ml BD. But since you are using the word baby, I guess your child should be leads than a year old, so you can safely give Syp PCM 3 ml BD. Hope your baby is in good shape. Love to the little one from this end.
